* B.Sc, HND in Banking, Marketing, Economics or Social Sciences
* Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Equivalent Post Graduate / professional degree an added advantage Work Experience:
* Minimum of 10-14 years experience in marketing, business development, customer acquisition and deposit mobilization gained from retail financial institutions.
With at least 4 years successful direct experience in management at a professional level.

* Experience in managing Retail business and multiple branches of a commercial bank
* Knowledge of product development particularly retail and microfinance products
* Proven track record of success in delivering results and targets
* Experience in managing large number of staff both direct and indirect
* Strong understanding of Microfinance and grass-root banking/Finance Core Function:
* High degree of computer literacy and logical capabilities,
* Self driven professional with the ability to work independently and focus on task
* Excellent leadership, managerial/organizational and team building skills * Thorough understanding and commitment to MIC's mission and strategic objectives.

* Experience in under-writing credit, developing processes and managing large credit portfolio
