Opportunities have been created for the following role:THE ROLE: Head of Internal Control - Africa If you are looking for a new challenge with a reputable market leader that would offer you stability and strongly encourage you to grow with them, this is for you. THE Person:The ideal candidate for this position should:Have the personal leadership required to head up a sizable Internal Audit function and turn it into a world-class function.Have a minimum of Second Class Lower Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline.Have ICAN, ACCA or similar qualification and possess expert knowledge of IAS /SAS.Possess a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, where at least some of the time has been spent heading up a sizable Internal Audit funtion.Prior manufacturing experience is key and external audit and FMCG experience and advantage.Prior accounting and production software experience, preferably in MFG / Pro.Have excellent working of Microsoft Office ApplicationsMust be calm and mature with very high ethicsHave excellent presentation skills.Have good interpersonal skills.Have a CANDO attitude, exhibiting PZ Cussons core values.COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE and ONENESS.
THE ROLE: Financial Section HeadIf you are looking for a development position in the finance function of a reputable market leader that would offer you stability and strongly encourage you to grow with them, this is for you.THE Person:The ideal candidate for this position should:Have the personal drive and required to succeed in a large multi-national FMCG organisation and with time take on roles of increased responsibility.Have a minimum of Second Class Lower Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline.Posses a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience from a reputable company in the FMCG industry or an external audit firm.Have a sound costing and manufacturing knowledge.
